DEEP-DIVE SERVICES & SUPPORT CHANNELS

The 4 Foundational Samhsa Domains

To systematically execute our mission, our services map directly to SAMHSA’s 4 Major Domains of Recovery:

Health

Overcoming personal and systemic obstacles to manage our physical and emotional well-being.

Home

Mapping out resources and milestones to achieve a physically stable and safe place to live.

Purpose

Cultivating meaningful daily activities, career re-entry paths, and community leadership tracks.

Community

Building supportive pro-social networks that offer hope, fellowship, and unshakeable accountability.

Our Service Channels

1. Individual Mentoring & Life
Action Plans

You are the ultimate architect of your own wellness. You will be matched with a dedicated Peer Guide who walks beside you as an equal. Together, we conduct an initial discovery session to evaluate your existing strengths and co-create an actionable plan built entirely around your unique recovery capital.

4. Substance Use & Fentanyl Safety Education

We provide accessible, completely non-judgmental workshops built on evidence-based harm reduction models. We back our training with action by distributing free Naloxone (Narcan) kits and fentanyl test strips directly to families, providing the critical community shielding needed to keep our people safe.

2. High-Impact Support Groups
(No Shallow Approaches)

Addressing Criminogenic Risk Factors (The Peer Disruption Track): A raw, deep discussion environment dedicated to dismantling behavioral loops, criminal thinking dynamics, and systemic environments that drive re-incarceration. We address this strictly from a peer lens, not a clinical or punitive standpoint. Led by Peer Guides who have broken their own legal cycles, we challenge one another's thinking and map out concrete exit strategies from high-risk situations.

Core Peer Accountability Circles: Guided by our strict Circle Language Framework, we use our and we language to establish absolute equality, processing life transitions and holding each other accountable to rise.

Holistic Wellness Spupport Groups: A dedicated, non-stigmatizing healing space centered on processing trauma, managing stress, and protecting mental health under SAMHSA's trauma-informed care values.

3. Real-World Grounding Exercises

Right inside our support rooms, we practice real-world, non-clinical grounding exercises—including focused breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic re-centering—giving you immediate, practical tools to calm your nervous system out on the street.

5. Pro-Social Activities & Connections

Recovery is meant to be lived, celebrated, and shared. We replace old, toxic street dynamics with vibrant, inclusive social networks. We host regular pro-social activities, group outings, and neighborhood fellowship events to replace toxic street networks with vibrant, inclusive social connection.

6. Specialized Youth & Street Interventions

Targeted Street & Gang Intervention: Utilizing credible messengers with shared histories to engage, de-escalate, and mentor individuals looking to transition away from street-level conflicts.

Youth Mentor Track: A tailored, trauma-informed mentorship space pairing youth experiencing family disruptions (such as parental substance use or carceral separation) with background-cleared adult peer guides to build self-esteem.

Community Resource Alliances

An Interlocked Grid of Community Care

No single organization can do it alone. When a structural roadblock stands in your way, we mobilize a broad network of community resource partners to clear the path.

True restoration requires complete lifestyle stabilization. While Born Again Living Leaders LLC focuses intensely on your internal behavior, mental resilience, and leadership development, we know that physical roadblocks require rapid, specialized action.

We do not let our participants fall through the cracks of a fragmented system. The exact moment an environmental or physical barrier is identified on your Life Action Plan, we immediately activate our community alliances. In addition to our close partnership with the BE (BALL EFFECT) non-profit resource hub, we actively collaborate with a diverse network of external resource organizations, local non-profits, specialized housing coalitions, county health networks, and grassroots initiatives. Whether you need specialized legal aid, emergency medical care, translation software for newly arrived immigrants, or immediate local food access, we link arms with the right community champions to ensure you get the exact, specialized support you need to stay stable and move forward.
